Ria 是什么？

Ria早于1987年成立，现时是全球第三大的汇款公司，属于电子支付行业龙头Euronet Worldwide集团旗下的汇款部门，服务范围覆盖全球四大洲。 Ria设有网站平台（只适用于指定国家用户）和手机应用，开户和下汇款订单的步骤都非常简单。 Ria在全球设有超过50万个服务点，你可以使用网站或APP的定位器，轻易找到就近的Ria服务点，亲身到店支付汇款费用（Send money），或者领取汇款（Pickup money）。

Ria 汇款支持的国家／地区

Ria现时支持22个汇出国家／地区，包括十多个欧洲国家、英国、美国、加拿大、智利、澳大利亚和马来西亚。¹至于汇入国家，Ria支持汇入至全球160多个国家／地区，遍布非洲、美洲、亚洲、欧洲、太平洋等地，当中包括中国。 Ria提供多种收款方式：银行存款、现金提取、手机钱包、送货上门，但这些都会因汇款目的地而异。²中国收款人暂时只能透过银行转帐的方式来收取汇款，可惜未能透过支付宝和微信来收款。

Ria 汇款到中国流程

你可以透过Ria网站或手机应用发送汇款至中国，由于APP适用于较多国家的用户，以下会重点介绍使用Ria APP汇款的具体操作流程（以身在美国地区为例）。

首先是开户的步骤：³

下载“Ria Money Transfer”应用程式，打开后点击“Create a free account”。

Ria会按照定位判断你的所在地，选择“是／否”，一但选好就会定为汇出国家。

输入你的电邮地址，然后设定登入密码。

剔选同意使用条款，然后按继续，填写个人资料：姓名、出生日期、电话号码。

订阅或跳过Ria的推广电邮，然后按继续，填写你的地址。

最后设定3条保安问题即可完成开户。

接着是汇款的步骤：⁴

点击“Send money now”或“Send”，在汇款国家列表中选择China。

页面会跳转至Ria的费用计算器，输入汇款金额或收款金额。

选择付款方式：扣账卡、信用卡、现金或银行转帐。至于收款方式则不用选择，已预设为银行转帐。

输入优惠代码（如有），并检查汇率和费用，然后按继续。

新增收款人，可以选择汇款给自己或他人，填写姓名、所在地和银行详细信息。

填写付款资料如银行帐号或扣账卡资料，检查无误后按继续提交汇款订单。

Ria 汇款手续费用

Ria的手续费是受多种因素影响的，例如汇出和汇入国家、付款和收款方式，以及汇款金额。⁵打个比如，由美国汇出1000 USD至中国，不同的付款方式会导致不同的付款总额。

这边要特别提醒一下，大家不要以为手续费是固定的，例如银行转帐就一定是5 USD，信用卡就一定是35 USD。我们再试算了一下，如果汇款金额提升至2999 USD，即是Ria的单次汇款上限，用卡付款的手续费就大大不同了。

另外，Ria的汇率与Google显示的市场实际汇率有所不同，当中加入了一定的利润考虑，这也算是另外一笔隐藏的手续费。为了更好的展示Ria与其他汇款公司的费用比较，我们再次使用汇款1000 USD的例子，看看Ria和Wise最终能向收款人户口存入多少人民币。

匯率手續費（以最低費用的方式為準）最終到帳金額

从上面例子可见，虽然Ria的手续费看似比较便宜，只需5美刀，但最后到帐金额却比Wise少了接近20美刀。这是因为，Wise使用真实的市场中间汇率，不含汇率加价，没有在汇率中隐藏任何费用。那么Wise的13美刀手续费是如何计算出来的呢？这其实是有根有据的，而且你可以在网站找到详细资料：固定费用 0.93 USD，加上可变费用 12.09 USD (1.22%)，这是适用于ACH银行扣账的付款方式。如果你持有Wise帐户的美元结余，费用还可以更低！

Ria 汇款时间

Ria汇款的处理时间主要视乎你的付款方式，使用扣账卡／信用卡或现金支付的汇款通常可在几分钟内到帐，而银行帐户则可以花费长达3-5个工作日，但它无疑是Ria最便宜的汇款方式。⁶使用Ria汇款，你可能要在价格和速度之间作出取舍。另外，如果你是新注册的用户，Ria的帐户审核程序可能会花上额外的6小时或更多，如果Ria有需要就你的汇款作额外的安全审核，则可能会再延迟24个小时。

Ria 汇款好用吗？

虽然Ria是全球知名的汇款公司，但意料之外的在Trustpilot只获得3.0的中等分数（5分为满分），评论数量约六千则，当中一星差评占15%，五星好评占70%。好评是指Ria汇款方便快捷，客服人员也有很好的服务态度。但同时也有不少的差评是近期出现的，他们投诉Ria扣留用户的钱过长，甚至根本没有将款项送达目的地。其他汇款公司例如Remitly、Rewire、Wise普遍都是4分以上，但Ria的评分则只有3分，评价也颇为两极。

Ria提供汇款至中国的服务，支持用银行转帐、信用卡、扣账卡，甚至是亲身以现金支付汇款费用，但现金汇款的金额上限只有494 USD。 Ria现时只支持用银行转帐的方式，将款项存入至收款人的银行户口，暂时尚未支持支付宝和微信收款，这点大家也要特别留意。如果想更快捷、方便和便宜地汇款回国内，Wise可能是更好的选择，Trustpilot评分高达4.5分，优良的往续令客户更安心使用服务。
